Learn how to identify trees in their winter state. Spend the morning in the classroom, learning to identify trees using bud and twig characteristics. We will work through the various keys available and practice on a collection of cuttings. In the afternoon, we will walk around Panshanger Park to put into practise the morning's learning and identify the trees.

Bring your own packed lunch. Please note the afternoon walk will be approx. 2-3 miles in length, covering uneven and muddy ground.
